I have a pony with very skinny legs and I found the equilibrium boots brilliant, the legs never get hot under them, they are very secure and strong and they don't get heavy in water.

I just found them the most secure on pony legs, I tried a lot of other brands but they all seemed to slip or twist on her legs.

No recommendations but I would say PE might not work - I have small on my 14.3 Welsh D and they fit great - so suspect they won't be good for skinny legs

same NEW fit the 14.2 welshie in a small (short cannons) but not sure they would go small enough if short and skinny.

yeah thats a good point, I was assuming skinny pony legs, but if it's a chunk cob-style leg someone might know a better fit. but equilibrium def are great for skinny legs
