Pony

Sold a pony about a month they came and rode it but never had it veted.Had several messages saying how they loved her and going fine.19 days later they are asking for there money back. Saying that she is not safe .please can anyone give me advice.as I sold it in good faith.

Have they said what the pony has been doing for them to want to give it back? how was the pony when you had it? It can sometimes be a a simple case of a change of owner, feed and routine that can have an effect on a horses behaviour I would speak to them and find out what's happening and how they are keeping the pony first of all and then go from there, if it's not something that can be resolved over the phone I would want to see what the pony is doing for myself.
