At my yard the poo picking is done daily. There are 6 owners and 20+ horses. I do one week day on my own with one of my sons manning the wheelbarrow for me. The other liveries do it when they are there during the week with one lady doing it most days as most of the horses are hers 
At weekends we all do it together and doesn't take long at all. Then we can get on with the serious business of drinking tea and eating cake
