Poo post any problems?

Posted sample on Friday,no results yet, I usually get them within 24 hrs. Anyone else having this issue?

They advise you to post at the beginning of the week as the post is often delayed over the weekend and obviously you want the sample to be as fresh as possible. I used them last week, got the results as promptly as usual.

There's been a weekend in the way, they've not had it a working day yet as it's only Monday, they don't work weekends I don't think.

I wouldn't call that an issue?

More likely that they work Monday to Friday and your sample will have arrived Saturday or today, or maybe even tomorrow.

I thought they worked Saturdays and when results weren't through this morning I wondered if there was some problem, however it arrived late afternoon so all good.

I stupidly sent my samples in on a Friday morning and then read their preferences to send at the beginning of the week!
I was very impressed when I got my results texted back 1pm the next day (Saturday). Very good service.

They’re fab, always had good service.. but if you posted Friday I wouldn’t expect them to receive until offices open Monday so expect results Tuesday at the earliest.

Samples handed to my postie yesterday morning, results received quarter to 4 this afternoon. Really fast service!

I haven't use poo post, but when sending faecal samples in I collect them fresh early in the day on a Monday or Tuesday, and then make a special trip to a local Post Office to catch the midday collections. Our local post box doesn't get emptied in the late afternoon, which is pushing it.

I also avoid adverse weather conditions especially such as a heatwave which could adversely affect the sample in transit.
