Poo, wasted too much time

Had a pony lined up for my son as his is lame. Dithered and dithered, hoping his would come right. Decided that she wouldn't, phoned up pony owner and she is sold, subject to trial.
I HATE it when that happens, why didn't I just bite the bullet straight away? She was a smidge on the small side, so will have to think of the negative like that, not how superb she was.
