I have 3 acres on a hill and I walk around it with my wheelbarrow.
Two 14.1hh ponies so one wheelbarrow a day.
I don't always do up the top (1 acre) every day and might do it every 3 days as they aren't spending much time up there just now.
I've had them on up to 6 acres and that was cleared by wheelbarrow every day as per livery agreement.

Up to 4.8 acres with 5 ponies. Wheelbarrow and rubber gloves. Keeps us very fit.

Always think ‘fair play!’ to people who poo pick a lot of horses and big space. It isn’t easy and it’s time consuming but worth it. Although mine is only an acre with one horse.

So many horses in our area are kept on postage stamps and never poo picked, their fields are mostly just poo. ?

I used to poo pick about 4 acres with three horses on it daily.

Now I poo pick a 1.5 acre field with one horse (individual turnout) and it is bliss!

My sister and I have 2 on about 5 1/2 acres at the moment. Between us we poo pick at least once a day, twice if we can!
We don't use barrows though, two 10 litre buckets each and a pair of rubber gloves make it so much easier!
