Well the Dogs Trust jack Russell puppy that somehow found its way to a block of flats with a psycho owner and several kids, has now bitten one of the kids . Not surprised seeing how it was being teased and pulled about, poor little devil. Hope they rehome it

Dog now spends hours barking when left alone, I hope someone else in the flats complains and the poor thing gets rehomed. Just having a rant, cant stand continuously barking dogs, both from noise pov and also they are obviously stressed. Cant comprehend that Dogs Trust allowed this rehoming.

Sounds an awful situation for the pup. I think I would be giving the DT a call to explain that they should perhaps be giving some support to this family or, ideally, look into taking the pup back as they are clearly not coping.

Im very surprised the DT let someone with young kids and living in a block of flats take home a puppy. I would call them, because they may have "duped" the trust. Dunno why people bother rescuing a dog they know they can't actually deal with.

Tried that but as I could not give the name of the person they couldn't/wouldn't help. Been barking for several hours again today. School holidays to mum probably taken kids out for the day and left dog again

But presumably they could've acted based upon the address...?- maybe suggest that you will be calling the rspca to inform them of a dog in distress if they are unable to act

If the dog is from the Dog's Trust them they will not dismiss your call. All you need to give them is the address.

Its a block of 24 flats, don't know which one she lives in, and am not going trawling round the block, not the sort of place you want to
investigate. Being cowardly and hoping someone in the other 23 flats gets fed up with the noise.RSPCA wouldn't be interested either. The only way will be to complain to Environmental Health, and then they will still need to know the owner

You don't need the exact address, just the name of the flats and the road and post code.
