Lost 8 ducks to the fox last night

Caught him in the act and dog chased him off. Only 2 males left

. Still have chickens left so will have to shut them away early as I know he will be back.

R.I.P. my lovely ducks.

I used to keep chickens and ducks, lost all but one over a period of time to the fox in spite of fencing (he came by day, obviously got a taste for them) so you have my sympathy

I lost several cats to a fox over the past few years.

Aw poor ducks R.I.P. Mine are sitting on eggs at the moment,on an island in the middle of our pond so hopefully no Charlie Fox is gonna get them!

OH NO!!!

Poor you and poor ducks. I keep ducks and chooks and I live in fear of the fox. Seen him once so far scaling the perimeter fencing but they were all in the sheds at the time as it was very early morning.

Hard to get even as well - we lost dozens of chickes and 2 geese over a couple of years - to a tally of 2 foxes caught in the act and receiving a swift despatch coutest of Mr Winchester!
