So on Friday I wasn't at work and spent most of the day pottering at the yard, Leonard was laid asleep in the field so decided to go home and eat then ride at tea time, when I went down to catch him he was having none of it (this is normal but he hasn't done it for a few weeks) normally when he won't catch he sort of lunges himself in circles around you on both riens in all paces its quiet funny really but on Friday he went bananas really galloping sliding stops huffing and puffing huge gynastic bucks and leaps I've never seen anything like it - he had a slack week last week as he lost a back shoe and had a few days off after camp so perhaps he had a bit of extra energy I don't know. So I just sat and watched under the tree then when he'd finished being an idiot he came over and I popped his headcollar on, he'd sweated a little and his viens were up and he'd got a graze on the inside of his near fore which I washed and put some cream on.

Anyway I got on he was fine it walk but when asked to move up in trot he felt uneven I asked one of the girls to have a look and she said he wasn't right at the back I got off and she trotted him up for me on the left rien he seems to drag his inside hind a little. There was no signs of heat or swelling anywhere.

Saturday looked at him on the lunge seemed a slight improvement but still not right definately worse on the left.

Yesterday couldn't resist looking again, still not quiet right and again no swelling no heat anywhere.

My plan of action is get the phisio to come either tonight or tomorrow night and see if she can feel anything failing that it'll be the vet. I'm asuming hes tweeked something went he went nuts, its just a bit rubbish

Sounds like he pulled something. Hopefully it's just a soft tissue injury, the physio should be able to help with that and he should be fine with a bit of rest (easier said than done I know!!).

Thats what I'm hoping to be honest, he was really leaping around, I've been over him a dozen times with a fine tooth comb for swelling and heat and there doesn't seem to be anything, hes a bit of a wimp though fingers crossed he'll be fine.
