Some horses in a paddock next to mine (not too close) have had lice for over a year now. World horse welfare told the owner to treat them and the owner refused to believe they were riddled with them, and unfortunately WHW didn't follow up even though I told them she still hasn't treated them weeks later. I then called the RSPCA and the idiot who come out couldn't see any lice even though they stood out a mile on the black pony. In the mean time I've had a baby and been really busy but I checked them the other day and they still have lice, it took me all of 2 seconds to see a lot of adult lice on one of them.
I don't know what to do, I've called the RSPCA out again but they havn't been yet and I don't want to approach the owner myself, I feel so sorry for them
