every thing is possible
Gave her abit of a sponge bath with the great weather we had today , just to get rid of some of her winter coat, Anyways she was fantastic and stood like a lamb ... Was drying her off , when she pulled down to eat grass pulled her round towards me and the click had gave way on the leadrope and twisted something , she hopped off .. I thought the worst but found out when i got the vet out she has a slight pulled tendon . Vet came out within 20 mins as I thought she had done some real serious damage , as she was very lame on it and wasnt really putting weight down *panic mode* .

Well vet came out had a look at her and said its abit of a sprain very slightly swollen but to put her on box rest for about 10 days , Hopefully will be right as rain .

We where going so well with our inhand too

Hi
Sprains heal really well - I'm sure she'll be fine. I used to work in a rehab yard and they put stable bandages on the injured leg and its pair for support (but they put them a little tighter than usual, obviously with plenty of padding).
Hope this helps...

Poor missy!! Well at least its better it happened now than in may! Ad lib hay and she should be fine staying in!! If she's favouring the sore leg you could put a support bandage on the other leg as it will be taking more of the weight but I'm always cautious of bandaging if not really necessary, maybe give the vet a ring and ask them? Get well soon vibes to missy, I was just looking at her pics in pg, she looks great!!
