Poor service from Derby House Saddlery BEWARE

Sent back some jods from them once and it was only after 8 months and several phonecalls that they bothered to refund me....wouldn't use again ever as there are so many competitors out there who provide a far superior service.
 
Simply awful I'd never order from them again. I ordered a set of sprengers in August for my husbands birthday in the following March, they didn't come in time! Got my credit card company to sort them out and get me a refund.
 
They're ok now. Back on form. I've ordered twice in the last 3 weeks and both times the orders were despatched within 24 hours.
