Poorly schnauzer????

Dog not eating his dinner, had access to a bin bag but mother in law says he didnt get anything.

He is ok to eat a bit of mash potato that fell on the floor, but not his biscuits... and his tummy feels a bit hard.

Any ideas???? He seems fairly bright but not as jumpy uppy as he usually is.
 
TBH I wouldn't worry too much if he is still quite bright etc - my lurcher quite often goes off his food for a morning/evening, he is just hungrier next time! If he hasn't been sick or has nasty diarrhoea he will probably be OK in the morning?

PMSL too !!!!

Not too worried except that he is a greedy little sod and anything could have gone down his fat little neck!!!

We all know not to leave the bin bags around but the MIL is only here for a holiday and didnt realise.

Still there were no chicken bones or cooked bones in there... the worst there could have been was a lamb chop that I found in the bottom of the oven last night. Not sure how long it had been there but it nearly caught fire..... the whole kitchen had to be opened up because of the smoke!!!!!

Now he could have eaten that, but only little bone in that.

He hasnt eaten any easter eggs as he...I 'd discovered one morning that one of my whippets had got through a whole box of quality street including wrappers and she was off her food and her tummy felt hard and she was very quite ...she kept drinking and passing poos which was a good sign, but no trip to the vet thank god...see how he is in the nxt 24hrs
