Thanks - i really sound like i was over reacting a few weeks ago but it just "came" together today. I need a lot more practise jumping on grass.....we do not really have many places round here that do it so will make sure that is no.1 priority.
XC now i know just to go what feels like really fast and i should be ok.
I just watched me out of the start box on video and i was so slow (i was intentionally going steady but it felt much faster than it looks!!!) What an idiot!
Hopefully my new instructor can help me out a bit on some control
I am off to great witchingham in two weeks time- funnily enough he is always a bit silly in the show jumping there hehe- could be fun!

Well done! Was a lovely day there yesterday.
Re the horse fall in the sj on Sat, it sounds like it had a heart attack and died. It didn't need to be PTS. The rider was OK. I think she may have gone off in the ambulance but didn't go to hospital, just home. very sad day for her.
