Is this the same as/does it have the same problems as rawhide?

We came back from holiday and my mum had given a pressed bone to Ivy. I panicked as we avoid rawhide products in favour of things like pigs ears, pizzles, fish skin rolls etc. The ingredients listed just said 100% porkhide and advertised as 'safe for dogs'. Ivy seemed to enjoy it and it lasted but I'm not sure whether it's just rebranded rawhide and if the rest needs to go in the bin. Everything we give is under supervision.

My middle dog has been eating the occasional pressed rawhide bone for years, he is ten now.
He's a careful eater and they make him happy...his previous owner fed them and they forgot more than I will ever know...I wouldn't give them to my older dog as he has no sense of self-preservation and would probably choke himself.
So in essence, if you're uncomfortable, don't feed, but I wouldn't fret over something that's already happened.
