I'm going to watch but not compete as i think you have to qualify, unless im wrong?? Its fairly moderate but there are usually lots of fairground rides about so its quite noisy, i love it!
Its pretty big - are you talking for sj? (the only bit I know about!) Personally I would say its a bit scary for a really green novicey horse (unless of course you want it to get experience like that) theres lots of people about, and noisy flappy fairground stuff.
What would you be going to do?
its qiite big byut not just equestrain. loads of displays on just 1 show jumoping ring which is affliated and u dont have to qualify. there are stables there aswell
Was thinking of doing BN and Discovery, the horse is usually pretty good - she has jumped at Dorchester show and similar so hopefully that would be pretty similar?
A friend was telling me about P&S show and was saying that they throw everything at you in the show jumping ring - fillers, water trays, interesting turns etc.
Water trays - ooh not so sure, horse normally jumps em fine but I managed to break some ribs last year coming off onto the bloody tray
Will see how I feel tomorrow, she should cope ok - at Dorchster last year they were blowing up a bouncy castle right next to the ring!!
May see some of you there
