On my saddle, I have moveable blocks both infront and behind where my leg sits..but I honestly have no idea where to place these for optimum stability/use/comfort.

Any hints and tips?
Never had a saddle with moveable ones before, so I'm abit lost

I think it's really just personal preference, and will vary depending on your height and build, and what length you like your stirrups! I've never really found a use for blocks behind my leg but prefer a nice big thigh block for security.

I like having knee blocks (don't really notice the thigh block!) but can't seem to work out where the best place for them is :S Wondered if people had ways they moved them around rather than just trial and error. (Like people guesstimate length of stirrup from length of arm kind of thing)

I've always put mine as high up and far forward as I can, but I have long legs and like my stirrups short so need the extra room!

I have short legs and short stirrups :') Trying slowly but surely to lengthen my leg, so I guess high up and as far back as I can?

I would say set your stirrups to the length you want, then place the blocks so that they are not pressing into your leg and restricting you, but just supporting your leg position.
