Positive strangles bloods

Looking for some peace of mind and keep thinking the worst
Mine and my friends pony got bloods done on Wednesday and both came back positive my friends pony was borderline
My girls was borderline on one which was 0.34 and her other was 1.25
Guttural is getting done this week and I’m so worried what it’ll come back with her being positive vet said she’ll think it’ll come back negative as she did warn me on the Wednesday it might come back high and yard owner is being awful so we relying on this so we can get off and to our new yard
Yard has had strangles 3 months ago but both girls seemed fine they currently fine in themselves and vet was happy with them am just being a worrier

Mine too.

We'd had strangles on the yard and although I'd kept my horses separate the hygiene procedures were dire. The blood test is a sign the horses have antibodies so their immune system is working.

This really puts my mine a rest been sick with worry due to the yard owner being awful and making it unbearable we’re desperate to leave

They’ve had their guttural done both horses their pouch’s were clear was couple of floaters in the flush out but nothing major but the guttural pouch itself was clear

Update horses have come back negative on the guttural pouch flush but we can’t move due to horse having it no where near ours and is isolated far away from ours when can’t keep horses at said yard as their at risk as yard owner decided to shover their up the horses backsides out of spite and they aren’t going out been kept in what do I do vets say I’m clear to move

Your post is hard to read, but I’m assuming you are not being allowed on new yard? Can you ask to have quarantine on new yards for their peace of mind? Or try move to a summer field for a few, weeks away from current yard, and other horses?

Hi I’ve just moved to the perfect yard where the vet that did her guttural my girl has gone on to her yard but the yard I was meant to move actually had strangles themselves so pleased I didn’t go there
