We are doing our first combined training on Thurs and if we've going to make it round I need loads of positive vibes. She'll jump beautifully if you let her run at it from a distance but as soon as you make it technical and put up a grid she throws her toys out of the pram. We ended the session with some brilliant jumping but we had some really sticky bits in the middle and would definitely have been eliminated for refusals if it had been a competition.

I'm going to do self hypnosis on myself tomorrow night because I think thats what its going to take

Aw I'm sorry you had a difficult session, maybe she was having a bad hair day?

Don't forget it is your first show together on Thurs, so just think "no pressure" vibes. Just do the best you can and if it all goes wrong so what? - put it down to experience and you will have something you can easily improve off for next time. You and Dais will have lots of fun competing together in the future and this is just the beginning...Think positive, and more importantly enjoy it!

Will send you lots of good positive-jump clear vibes for Thursday too

thanks, I'll send them back to shandy as well

Its not that I want positive vibes to get us placed, I just don't want to tense up and then spoil it for her because I send her mixed messages and upset her. She's perfectly talented, it's me putting her off
