FinnMcCoul has just taken Winston off to Addington.
They are contesting Novice 27 - their first event together and Winstons first dressage test for over 18 months!
It was like watching my child going off to school for the first time! so odd seeing my horse going to a show without me.

He looked so handsome Finn had done a great job turning him out

My mum and Grandad are off to watch and video

(Poor Finn)

I know she is nervous, thankfully the big man is a sensible sort

unlike the sod (snoopy) in the stable next door eating winstons headcollar, leadrope and hay!

Didnt Winston do Tweseldown ODE this year? Couldnt remember if it was this yr.....brain has gone lately!

Really hope they do well and cant wait for the report

Yes he did Tweseldown this year. But its 18 months since hes done PURE dressage. And apart from Tweseldown back in April, he hadnt competed since August the previous year! so hes not really been out much lol

Not for me to say. FinnMc arrived back at my yard with Winston

all smiles and happy.
Obviously lots to work on and improve but then isnt there always even at top level??
Neither disgraced themselves and Im thrilled with the pair of them
