I’m so excited. I met a lovely chunky pony yesterday who needs some exercise and owner not able to ride him. Fingers crossed we can help each other. He is quite a chunk so I hope I can help him with that. He had his first ever lami in April seems over it but he’s back on grass so bit worrying. He’s 19 Cushings negative. Gentle plods and minimal snack stops I think! Like none!

I guess he had the ACTH test. Please suggest to the owner that he has the TRH-Stim test. Ours had repeated negative ACTH tests but the Stim test showed she was 8 times over the normal limit. I hope you both (all) enjoy your loan.

I will certainly mention it although owner is very aware as her two older horses have PPID. On medication.
