Possibly silly question on winter riding boots

Do you buy your usual size or tend to go up one to accommodate thick socks?! Didn't know if they make them a bit bigger already for this reason!!

I tend to buy my normal size, seems ok so far ( i wear alot of socks in the winter!!!)

I doubt they'ld make them bigger to accommodate thick socks, Perhaps try them in a tack shop with thick socks on? So then you know they do fit your big socks

I get really cold feet so need extra socks! They don't have a massive range in my tack shop so was going to order online but will still bob in and try some of the ones they have and see - thanks both

Try the robinsons's catalogue, they have these boots in the book and state they are a 'larger fit' (Requisite make) They may be big enough for your socks!!!!

I try and get them a half size bigger for this reason Though in winter I tend to go with those long rubber riding boots because they're really warm, waterproof and easy to clean with a hose Short boots I save for the summer xx
