I have a lovely MT combi rug, 6'3". Very warm and snuggly. It's going up for sale BUT! It has a postmark sprayed on it in luminous yellow paint after some!"£$£" tried to nick it off Star's back one freezing cold night.

Any suggestions as to how I can get the spray paint off? Would it come off when the rug is being washed and proofed?

i dont think thats ever coming off sorry not without the waterproofing stuff too! maybe Just spray the whole rug yellow!!!!

or maybe not!!!

I made the decision to paint my horses freezemark no's onto their rugs a fortnight ago after a lot of theft of tack / rugs in the area. I did approx 20.

I did at the time wonder what I would do if I needed to sell the rugs but decided that losing a few ££ when selling would be less expensive than having the rugs stolen.

Personally I would be happy to buy a marked rug (saves me doing it! Shame mine don't take 6'3!)
