My horse had a bi-lateral neurectomy and fasciotomy for suspensory desmitis 6 weeks ago. He was on box rest with in-hand walking starting 10 mins and building up to 30. Vet checked on Wednesday and he was allowed to be turned out for 2 hours a day under sedation. He has now got lymphangitis, quite disappointed. Has anyone else been through this surgery and at what point were you advised turnout?
