Here is a picture of my scrawny Jet at 3 years old, photo taken on the day he arrived at my farm back in 2005. He is the one at the front obviously. Gosh he did look terrible compared to my 2 year old at the back, Oscar.

It's amazing what a few short months of work, good food and healthy living can achieve.

I am so pleased you posted this photo JJ. This was the horse I had in mind for suiting this post exactly.

I don't often post it, as it was pretty horrific and touch and go, painful memeories. But she is a wonderful old girl and deserves a mention

Another big difference! He reminds me SO much of my horse in that photo!!!!!!! I'm sure I have one of Sam somewhere in a very similar pose too!

Some beautiful horses there and some amazing differences.
One of mine I can show you - without taking three weeks to find the photos!!-
our Welsh D filly on arrival, her coat was shiny because it was wet, her coat was harsh and staring

Wow JJ, what a difference! That first picture is just horrible, my mare wasn't far off that when I got her, and had mainge too so was half bald

Rosie lost all her fur after a couple of months, not through mange, but through feed, she looked a right mess!
She was hours away from being pts, and so weak the wind just about blew her over.

Joya - you must have the most amazing eye, because nothing would have induced me to buy your horse.

However, she really is the most stunning animal. Wow, I am blown away.

WOW some of these are amazing!

JJ, you are an angel

what a transformation!

Tia, what a difference in just a few months, they both look absolutely beautiful.

Joya, I never would have guessed looking at that first photo that such a swan could emerge!
