Posting saddles to Europe - link for postage quote??

The other week someone posted about selling a saddle on Ebay and opening it up to European bidders. I too have had some requests from European Ebayers.

A HHO posted a really useful link to a website that would give you postage quotes for sending parcels to Europe but I can't for the life of me find the post now (even using search tool) - can anyone help me??
