Potential horsr can't be stabled for 2 stage vetting... Help!!

The only ones available on Wednesday won't do it for any less than the cost of a 2 stage which is ridiculous! Just going to take the risk! And plus, my last pony had a heart murmur and I went on to have 8 wonderful healthy years with her. After weighing it up, apart from lameness most things that could show up on a 2 stage wouldn't make me not want him so I'm not overly worried. Only time will tell but I think I've made the right choice :)
 
Hope it all goes well. i havent ever had one of mine vetted either and so far we have been lucky. We have never spent much on them but go on gut instinct from the sellers.
Look forward to seeing some pics
 
Won't simply putting the horse in a fenced off area the same size as a stable do the same job? Its purely because the vet wants to take the horses resting heart rate so this would do the job easily? Just electric tape off a corner of its field?

This basically.

If as you say the horse is going for a "pittance", personally I would suspect that there may be either health issues, and/or some behavioural issues lurking behind the scenes (with an underlying veterinary issue for e.g. back/lameness/pain somewhere) , but that is just my nasty suspicious mind.

I would certainly want a vet to have a look at it before purchase; there may be something that you might want to know about and a vetting now will save you a lot of money and heartache later on.

Basically, the cheaper the horse, the more I'd want a vetting TBH!!
