Potential sarcoid at vetting

I've had a horse with sarcoids, an angleberry under her chin (banded), & a cluster on her chest & around her stifle. Our vet treated them homeopathically (not with thuja!), they disappeared & 6 years on have never returned.

Recommended vet to friend who's pony had them in girth area, causing problem. Again, in few weeks started to fall off & have totally disapeared, not returned 2 years on.

Another friend used them on her gelding who had a cluster under his eye, they started to shrink in a couple of week, & are gradually falling off, over 75% has gone now couple of months on.

So much depends on type of sarcoids. The aggressive ones are a nightmare, but many can be treated cheaply (cost me £20 plus call out to treat mare) & successfully. Could you take a photo & send it to Liverpool for a second opinion given that the vet only suspects it may be a sarcoid?

Thanks all, the dealer said she wanted to have it removed herself and as I couldn't insure I walked away. Suppose the view was that if it left no trace the impact on value would be reduced. I've now found another lovely horse although he was a cracker too.
