I am not a big fan of Potton. Both my horses are young and having been there once and watched loads of people napping back toward the collecting ring, I have decided that it is tempting fate!

Having said that, as far as I know it is the only course that runs XC classes through the winter (unless anyone knows of anything else in the Northampton / Bedford area?)

Yeah i'm local about 15 mins away.

Went there XC schooling, Sky's first time and he went really well.

But i cant find anywhere else holding XC or novice one days.

I was going to do the mini but i dont know about the novice which is upto 2'9 i think, he is so young i just dont want to scare him, just wanted to let him plod round at his place.

If anyone knows any show's XC, D, SJ let me know !

Toff naps badly...we spend the first half of that course almost going backwards and the 2nd half at flat out gallop!!

The mini would be good, can go any speed really!
Other smaller courses are Twin trees in Northill and a course in Carlton which you can hire.
Will have a think for any more.
Keysoe is good for SJ and dressage but their XC seems huge!!
