Poulticed for 3 days

I've hot poulticed my horses foot for 3 days as suffering with gravel only just started getting pus from cleft of frog .. I know you shouldn't wet poultice longer than a few days what should I do now will a dry poultice stil draw infection out?

I would hot tub with Epsom salts 2 or 3 times a day with a dry poultice on in between. This should stop the hoof getting too soft. If the horse is sound after a couple days, hopefully, dry poultice for another day.
