Power & Performance...nut or mix?

I am thinking of changing my horse's feed, he is currently on Calm & Condition and definately likes it but it doesn't give him quite enough energy when he is in full work (BE intro/pn) and he is prone to losing a bit of weight. However he can be quite a handful so I like to be careful what I feed him, I like the sound of P & P as it is still barley-free, low starch etc but slightly higher energy/oil/protein content. I would like opinions please from people who have fed it and also is it a nut or a mix as my horse is quite a fussy eater!!
P.S. He also gets Alfa-A Oil and Speedi-Beet amongst other supplements!

i was always told that there is the same in nut and they are cheaper to make so cheaper to b uy so i would say go with the nuts
