Also in Breeding.....My daughter has the most wonderful 14.1hh Section D mare - she's far too big for her now, but we'd never part with her! However, we might consider breeding from her but, as she's 16 now (bought her eight years ago), we wouldn't breed from her unless we knew she'd already had a foal. She was bred in Carno, Caersws, Powys and the breeder's surname is Jones. I've checked with Directory Enquiries but the number is ex-directory. Does anybody have a number/email address? Our mare lived at the stud where she was born until she was six, so I reckon there is good chance that she has bred at least one foal. If so, we'd love to put her to a good TB stallion and produce something bigger - she really is a superstar - won just about every jumping/xc class she entered, fantastic Pony Club pony, and the perfect hunting pony - she is truly amazing! Only hope there's someone out there who can help us contact the breeder........

Hiya, i know this question was asked a few years ago but when i was searching for somewhere local to where i live in carno, caersws, powys for getting my youngster broken in i come across this question and there is a welsh cob stud farm here in carno! i dont know it personally but the man who owns it 'Glynn Jones' im pretty sure his name is, (i can find out if u want me to) and his girlfriend 'sarah' they definately have a welsh stud farm here so it must be where yours is bred from!? The owner of the stud would be the breeder is also just retiring as a farrier and he trimmed my ponies feet a few weeks ago so i have his phone number if you are still interested n finding out and i can get his address? he only lives just up the road from me! i know this is dated 2009 so i thought id email to find out first before doing anymore! i hope this will be useful for you! let me know then i can get u the information you need.

Thanks Lianne :)
