Hello
Sorry for posting this here, I didn't know where to put it and I REALLY need some help! I have been applying for lots of jobs and have an interview (wooohooo!!) - it is for an admin/clerical job in the Hospital. All good so far HOWEVER, it says before the interview there is a 20 minute practical test - eeeeek!! I phoned up but they did not know anything more about it.
So what could it be? On the job description, it says things like evidence of computer skills, in word and excel BUT it also says the method of assessing for this is through app form and ref only, so thats that out hopefully. Then there are other things listed that say their method of assessment is through interview, but nothing about a test? General things like, prioritising workload, answering calls, working in hosp setting, able to file accurately, have good handwriting etc etc...what can the test be?!
