Seen as we are all good at complaining when things go wrong, thought I'd redress the balance. I ordered some things from PE's sale on Thursday night. I got a pair of turnout boots, pair of magnetic wraps and 2 pairs of overreach boots for £68 including postage! They tried to deliver the parcel yesterday (was at work) so basically they sent it overnight delivery, if you take business days into account!

Oh I should praise Citylink too - the driver called yesterday just to double check I wasn't at home, asked me if I wanted to pick them up on my way home from work, gave me all the details over the phone, then called me again today to try to re-arrange delivery! He was so efficient I began to think he was stalking me

Now my magnet question. Before I get the wraps
mucky putting them on the horse, will they work on my knee?

I love PE - they have super fast delivery even to stupid rural areas like mine

Give the magnets a go once on your knee - you'll know pretty quickly if you feel any benefit or not - and if you don't you can put them on the horsey they were intended for

Only praise from me for PE too. Ordered the Buster Trio from them in 6'9 and it came the next day. Thought it was a good fit but after a couple of days, wished I had bought the 7'. Two weeks later, looked at their website and it said no 7' left,so I rang upand explained that I wished I had bought the 7' and although there were none on the website, lady managed to find me one. It arrived the next day and this time it is a lovely fit.
So, shoot me if I am advertising, but I now have a lovely 6'9 Buster Trio for sale and only the outer lining and the 100g liner and neck cover have been worn. All other bits still in their lovely bags!
 
CeeBee- stick them on Ebay- i have always got excellent prices for outgrown PE rugs there! I have always been delighted with PE service. My latest purchase was a 6'6 200gm buster to replace my landa that the fat field ornament has bitten holes in whilst playing with my youngster aka chew toy

i had sent back some boots that were too big and they exchanged them against the rug overnight

I used to praise Premier Equine but no longer. I ordered & was debited for a rug. I waited for 14 days & despite receiving an email within 24 hrs of placing my order saying they were processing my order they conntacted me saying they had none in stock. This took 14 days!! I know for a fact they were advertising the same item & size about 5 days after my order which is plainly bad management & stock control.

Unfortunately they have grown into a large company but have not upgraded their website to manage their stock & as such are letting many customers down. I won't bother with them again. While I was waiti ng for the item I ordered other sites which had similar items sold out & in the end I ended up with nothing....because I considered I'd bought one from PE.

WASTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I ordered a rug in the sale which is FAB and recieved it quickly so would also give them praise, have always had good service from them as well

I placed an order on a sunday morning and had the items the next day, they even called me as they tried to deliver but my boyfriend was in bed and didn't answer the door. It was redelivered the next day
