But I am rather pleased
me and Roo have been through rather a rough phase, was 2 years yesterday that she went lame. And she ended up having surgery to cut her annular ligaments and remove a load of scar tissue to release some of the pressure in her tendon sheaths. (That wasnt until the December)
Spent all last year rehabilitating her, getting her back to work, we only hacked, but got her back up to cantering. (I was told there was no reason why she wouldnt be able to school and jump again)
Winter came and the mud made her lame. So she had no work through winter. In April she had steroid injections and we've been steady hacking since (shes definitely NOT going to school or jump again, just hacking now). She could go weeks going well and then would feel slightly off, so its been very on and off gentle hacking this year.
about 2 weeks ago, I decided to buy some Devils Relief. Now I dont want to jinx it and I pray to god its not a coincidence but touch wood, she feels better then ever at the moment
What a fantastic supplement!
I only hope she can stay sound and happy! I have to be SO careful of the ground conditions, if theres mud I cant ride her but Fingers are tightly crossed that this devils claw will keep her feeling good
Sorry Ive gone on quite a bit there. oops
