Pre Novice Arscott Update

For those of you that were concerned/upset that a horse that had previouslly won three Pre novice classews was allowed to compete and in fact win one of the pre nov classes, you will be gratified to learn that the horse in question has been disqualified and the second placed horse promoted. Those of you that were runners up to Bigtime have now all gone up a place. The horse shpould have remained in the class HC.

I did think it was odd. Doesnt matter if its an OPN section won = 3 wins at PN level means youre out IMO.

Oh well that moved me up a place then lol
