What and where is the best to buy?

My guy lost a lot of weight over winter and right now hes looking 100% better shiny coat etc... but he is still not where I want him to be, taking into consideration he hasn't been on grass for 6 months :( hoping he will be out in the next couple weeks!

I have heard about protexin, where do people by this from and how long does one course last?

I have also seen this on Feedmark, would this be worth trying?

https://www.feedmark.com/Product.asp?Product=BioPro&s=show

My guy is currently fed: 3KG Pure condition, 3 mugs micronised linseed (not sure on weight think around 300g), milk thisle and glucosamine.

I just want to give his digestive system a good flush of some pre/probiotics. Also he has had a runny/snotty nostril for about a month now, no other bad signs and when ridden doesn't cough or if he does its only once. Would a pre/probiotic help with that also?

The pro biotics are meant to feed off the prebiotics. I've used pink powder for years and this contains both and have found its helped my horse, with the balancer as well as the colic preventer side of things.

Before that I found Protexin but it was very expensive long term.

It always makes me smile when the nutritionist visits the yard and weighs our horses and says to the fatties owners that they should go on this particular balancer feed that costs £20 every ten days or some other ridiculous ammount. I feed one scoop of pink powder twice daily and it last for weeks and its only £16 a tub.

I know which I'd prefer.

Sorry for sounding so thick in my original post then. Does anyone know if Pure condition contains both pre/probiotics?

Also does everyone feed theres continuously or just provide a course?
