yes you do they are 1.5 or 50p if they send them to you.

You have to pay for all BD tests as they are copyright.

Also N21 has now changed to N28, its just the ending that is different.

i ordered a load of BD tests straight from BD on tuesday and they got to me this morning... very impressed!
