prelim 19 - long arena!!AHH

help!
Has anyone ridden this test? Entered for unaffil dressage on sunday, picked the test I hadnt ridden before without realising its a long arena one! and in true fashion only looking at test now.
Any tips?! Think my 15 m circles are either going to end up 10 or 20!!

Prelim 19 is a very nice test from what I can remember. Just do the best you and the horse can and enjoy it! Once you've ridden a long arena test you wont want to go back to a smaller one again

it's a lovely test! I rode it for the first time (first long arena too) a fortnight ago and we ended up winning our class - first ever BD win! Was pleasantly surprised by how well it rode. If you have a look back I made a post asking how to ride 15m circles in a long arena and got some really good advice.

It actually rides very well!

Is it the one with the trot stretch circle at the end? If it is my advise is to make sure the horse actually stretches as when judging this test, generally people dont really ride this movement very well.

oh yes you will they take forever to get round on short legs

says she who entered for 2 tests on sunday and didnt realise one was long arena... not 19 though

Not rode that specific test but did P15 I think it was last year - my only test in a long arena and my best ever score - long arena give you more time to think/plan!
