Premarin production from pregnant mares in Europe

Does anybody have any information about the move to produce pregnant mares urine PMU (to make into the hormone replacement drug Premarin) in Eastern Europe. I am aware that production in North America and Candada is being discontinued. Any information gratefuuly received for my proff dip project.
