Premier Equine boots

i bought a set of the XC boots at Blenheim horse trials last year (september). I've used them for 5 hunts and 2 sponsored rides and they've been washed afterwards each time as per the directions on them. The tendon guards in the front boots have snapped in half and the stitching has come undone so they now slide in and out and I'm going to have to restitch them to be able to keep using them. Is it me or is that a bit soon for them to be breaking? I dont think I've worked them so hard I'd be expecting them to be breaking just yet. Anyone else had issues with them? Dont think I'll be investing in another set for sure. Wondering whether to write to Premier Equine about them

I would end them back with a letter explaining their use etc. I have found their customer service good in the past and at least you give them a chance to put it right. Failing that if they are told there is a fault they have the opportunity of putting right in future boots.

Ring Premier Equine and explain. Few years ago when they first started doing the air cooled boots I had the velcro fastening (was one big piece) tear away, commented about this when saw their trade stand and they gave me new boots there and then without even seeing the old ones or wanting them back.

ring them and explain. a set of my air cooled xc boots broke as my horse is a hooligan and wears them in the field, the stictching came away and the insides fell out. i emailed and explained and they sent me a new pair and reinbursed my postage

i didn't hold out much hope e-mailing them, but am very impressed so far. sent e-mail yesterday. reply this morning saying send them back and they'll send me a new pair! excellent!
