Just treated myself to a Regatta Sereena11 coat for the yard. Longer length, so no more wet legs, waterproof, windproof and not too warm. The sizing is a bit off - I ended up buying two sizes bigger.
Got mine for £32 reduced from £100.

I've got two of their pro rider unisex jackets and really like them as they were smart and warm. I was disappointed that the elastic in the cuffs started to give up after a year or so which my equivalent Shires jackets haven't done after many years of hard use.

I got a premier equine jacket me last year, I'd seen on reviews they were small fitting so bought a 12 when I'm normally a 10, but it's still quite snug and can't wear a thick jumper under it.
Don't know if all the range are small fitting
