Wondered if anyone had tried either of these non-slip pads and if so what they thought of them - can't seem to find many reviews online. Need something to stop my saddle slipping sideways - the saddle fits absolutely fine but my cob is rather wide so nothing stays put.

These are the pads:

any other reccomendations on non-slip pads would be appreciated!!

The premier equine pad works VERY well, my friends round welsh cob uses one and it makes all the difference. I also know that the Le Mieux one is meant to be fab and uses better quality materials. Can't comment on the longevity of the pads, but the premier equine one has been going 2 months and not showing any signs of aging.

Ive just yesterday bought the PE one (couldnt face spending that much on the LeMieux which I was also looking at but reviews seemed good for the PE). So I'll let you know - mine also slips to one side ;)

As I will always say saddles should not slip simply because your horse is very wide and flat, it doesn't quite fit, sorry. A sticky pad can compound problems though they're a cheap fix for a lot of people it doesn't mean it's the right option.
