How do you find the sizing? It says 8 is a 24" waist.. I'm a 25" waist (I thought that was a 8) so I've sized up to a 10 (26" waist) as don't want them super tight, just worried they might be loose on my chicken legs.

I think they are very small compared with the label. I've sized up and they're still on the skimpy side.
