Does anyone have either, not sure which to go for ATM but need to decide before tomorrow am. Horse doesn't have sweet itch but which is the softer material?
 
I think they're the same material. I have the sweet itch buster and really like it, the material is very strong and not mesh. It's rug material but pure white and mine has never got hot in it.
 
That's part of what attracts me as he's black. I'm going to have to go for 7'3" as he's a big lad so how do you feel they come up size wise? And do yours cope ok with the ear bit?? Thanks xx
 
I have both. The multibuster is a multipurpose rug but I wouldn't put it on as a fly rug as the fabric is more like the outside of a turnout rug although breathable and light. The sweetitch one is better for keeping flies / midges / sun off. I bought 7' 3'' for my big lad (17h heavy ID type). The multibuster is great for a light stable / travel / keep clean for shows type rug and as a very light turnout as it appears to be shower proof too.
 
ive got one in the premier equine rug and one in a rambo hoody, the premier,s materal isnt as soft as the rambo one but after a few washes they are about the same now.
Im very please with it and would reccomend it to anyone.
Theryre much better than the mesh fly rugs, the bloody horse flies cant get their nasty little fangs through them :-)
