presciption medicine from internet

just be carefull they are a reputable site, the main pharmacy chains are the only ones I would use, there are so many fakes medicines out there they look the same and even are packaged very similarly. at best you will have wasted your money, at worst you really dont know whats in the products. Its a huge problem with human medicine, and I can only imagine what its like for vet meds. Please be carefull and only go to the known chains/sites. you may want to try your local pharmacy, they did me a great deal when I brought pergolide for my cusings pony, I rang round 3-4 pharm and managed to halve the cost, its worth a try and a couple of phone calls - best of luck

Hi, I've bought online. My dog got meningitis nearly 2 yr ago and part of her treatment was Atopica, approx £90 for 15 tablets - a weeks supply! Online it was £45. Believe me, I had NO problem asking for a prescription. At the time they were free, but now there is a £12 charge. I used petdrugsonline.co.uk who are EXCELLENT. They require the original prescription to be sent and then they will dispense until used up, just like the Dr's. Ask your vet to make the prescription out for the duration of the drugs required (if poss) that way you dont have to keep paying £12 charges!!

My vets (i have horses with two different ones) offered to price match on line prices. All i had to do was print out the page with the item and price, take it to the surgery and they matched the price and gave the cream to me there and then!!! The other vet gave me bute at the price i found online just verbally. Worth asking, i saved £20 on a big tub.

I buy Metacam on line. The company I use is fantastic. The vet is all in favour as it saves me a bomb and I already give him £275 every month anyway! He charges £8 for the prescription and faxes it to the company for me.

purplekt1972, would you mind very much reducing your siggie a bit. It's right the way across my screen. Down to around 700-800 pixels would be fine. Thanks.
