Price of a set of shoes

I'm in Yorkshire - £55 for a set, think it's £45 for a refit.

I was in Scotland until the autumn, and paying £74 for a set.

£15 a trim, £30 for re fits, and £35 for front shoes. (all include backs trimmed).

WORCS, £64 new set, £60 re fits, I wouldn't have any other farrier from near me either, he's by far the best. £15 for a trim, and I think £25 for fronts. He charges me £10 if it's a minor trim/rasp/neaten up for my arab as she self trims, barefoot and roadwork.

I pay £75 a set, or £50 for fronts. I am in West Sussex but my farrier is from Hampshire (I just bribe him and his wife with biscuits ) His price hasn't changed in 3 years.

Hi, I am new to the Forum but have been lurking for a while. I use the same farrier as you Lady Rascasse and would love to know how you pay that price- I pay double that for a set and Fronts only. They are due out this week so will ask them how come there is such a big difference.
