How much is grass livery these days? I'm based in Kent in case price differs regionally. Currently paying £100 a month for Grazing and stable but looking to loose my stable and YO and I have no idea how much grass livery costs! This is a private yard with no school.

Thanks in advance

I pay £13 per week without use of the school. If I wanted to use the school it would increase to £18 per week. For DIY at the same yard I pay £30 per week.

I've seen £65, £80 and £90 per month near me but those are all with some type of school. £40 a month somewhere with no school.

I'm in Milton Keynes and prices range from £50 PCM to £180 PCM. These prices are all for yards that have facilities like a school etc, and I'm not sure there is any difference really between the yards?! You can also rent a paddock from the Parks Trust, usually tiny, about an acre with a field shelter and water and a massive list of rules, they cost roughly £22 a week. I'm from North Yorkshire originally and there is literally NO grass livery there so I was really shocked when I moved to the very expensive South and found lots of grass livery places!

£5 per week for a 15 acre field to be shared with 2 other horses - this is just down the road from me. No stables/hard area to tie up, no school, etc. This is the only grass livery locally.

I'm on a private yard for free, ~18 acres between 2 horses, field shelter, hardcore round the gate, no school and rubbish hacking though.

I charge 15 per week and allow at least 2 acres per horse.
ok hacking, big sloping field plus huge field shelter. Hardly ever need hay as loads of grass!
I did think about charging 10 per week but tbh it wasnt worth doing for that money plus potential agro......

ive seen someone wanting 52 per week per horse, no arena. They sincd re advertised for a companion so guess they had no takers!
