Price of Haylage

I've just been quoted £35 delivered for 250-280kg bales of halage and £70 for 550 kg is this a good price do you think?

I'd get two of the 280kg for 35.....
I'm not sure tbh I get mine in size in ft not weight.
Also is it dry or wet haylage?

Thanks for replying Amandaco. Farmer said it is roughly 4 and half ft long and 3 wide. I did ask whether it was wet or dry but he got all technical and I didn't understand. Yours is 2 for £35 thats cheap. Whereabouts are you

I'm in Bedfordshire and can get the smaller ones you are talking about for £29 delivered.

That's the size I get...£35 or £37.50 delivered - which is a bit silly as your hardly going to go and pick on up in your car!
