Price of renting yard

How much would you expect to pay pcm to rent a yard with :
-stable block of 12-14 stables
-grooming bays, tack room, feed room etc
-30 acres of grazing
-floodlight outdoor with good well
Drained surface


Sole use or potentially owner would have a few horses on site. in Surrey / Buckinghamshire / Hertfordshire areas (close to London )

Around 3 to 5k pcm plus all maintenance and bills, or more if hiring out arena is in the contract.
Just over a year ago a friend was paying 6k pcm for 16+ boxes in 2 barns plus all you mention, arena was a huge 70 x 30 and fully boarded to 5ft all round.

Thank you! That’s a lot higher than I thought so good to know so I don’t undercharge vastly. The arena is 60x25
